  1. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Slowly add the water and let it boil until it forms a caramel syrup.

  2. Pour the caramel into a bundt pan (a mold with a hole in the middle) and set aside.

  3. In a blender, blend the condensed milk, regular milk, rum, instant coffee, cocoa powder, eggs, and heavy cream for five minutes until smooth.
